Shipping Information
A great deal of care and attention is taken to make sure each memorial reaches you in perfect condition. We use a special carton system that has been designed to provide the best support and protection available.
If you are outside Europe or the USA please contact us with the name of the product(s) you are interested in as well as your location (including nearest city) and we will get back to you as soon as possible with the delivery costs for your area.
All metric and imperial measurements stated are approximate. Delivery is subject to receiving suitable photos and appropriate text with original orders. Our targeted urnaround time is within seven to ten working days. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed with Pets Remembered. If for any reason a product fails to give complete satisfaction, just return it within 14 days for a prompt refund or credit. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
Timescale :
For all handmade products please allow 14/21 working days for delivery. If you are sending us photos to include in a memorial please remember that the delivery period starts from the time we receive the photos. All other orders will be sent within a couple of days. W will endeavor to email as we despatch, giving you an indication of expected delivery times.
